BDO has provided buy-side financial due diligence in relation to Vokstr's acquisition of iBygg and iFarge.
The Vokstr group specialises in rehabilitation of buildings. The Group provides contractor services, and has grown over the last years following the acquisitions of Bico, Håndverkskompaniet, Finstad & Jørgensen and Strøm Sivertsen, Rett Bygg and Aktiv Bygg. Through this strategy, Vokstr generates annual revenues of approximately NOKbn 2.7, and has more than 600 employees.
The acquisition of iBygg and iFarge will further strengthen Vokstr's position withhin the rehabilitation segment.
