BDO ranks among Norway’s most attractive employers

For the first time, BDO is featured on the top ten list of Norway’s most attractive employers. In the annual survey by Randstad Employer Brand Research, BDO ranks an impressive 8th in Norway for 2025.

Randstad’s survey, the world’s largest HR study conducted across 38 countries, shows that in 2025 Norwegian employees value a good working environment, strong leadership, and attractive salary and benefits most highly.

Focus on employee development

Randstad’s Employer Brand Research was conducted by Kantar, with 3,501 respondents in Norway. The survey is independent, and it is not possible to buy inclusion. Respondents freely state who they consider to be their ideal employer.
