Anders Ramberg

Anders is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a degree in business economics. He currently heads the Real Estate Audit Department at the Oslo office.

Anders has substantial experience across the entire real estate value chain, through auditing both property owners and developers, as well as construction and civil engineering contractors. Through these engagements, he has gained broad experience in reviewing valuations of property portfolios and ongoing project assessments for development properties, in addition to executing transactions involving corporate structuring, tax assessments, and optimisation of value added tax. Anders also has substantial experience with transactions and provides ongoing support to clients with corporate structuring and assessments, and is therefore well acquainted with the tax-related challenges and pitfalls faced within the industry. Anders also provides ongoing support to clients in the industry with tax-efficient structuring of purchases and sales, as well as development and construction projects, including implementation of the housing cooperative model.
