Magnus Garden is responsible for defining the digital transformation strategy across BDO’s global network. He focuses on identifying key challenges, designing solutions, and implementing initiatives that enhance everyday operations within Business Services and strengthen the client experience. Magnus works closely with global committees and working groups to ensure the digital strategy remains focused and delivers maximum value. He is also deeply committed to improving knowledge sharing and collaboration across all BDO member countries.
Since 2019, he has led strategic development projects and played a key role in BDO’s national department for strategy and business development. Magnus has been responsible for the transformation programme office, project initiation, and project management, reporting directly to executive leadership. Through the transformation programme, he has contributed to reshaping how our auditors and advisors work.
Previously, he was team leader for the real estate department and an accountant responsible for clients within commercial and residential property. Magnus holds a master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics.
