Morten Bogaard

Morten Bogaard is the Head of Deal Advisory for the West and South regions, based at our Stavanger office. He assists companies nationwide and specializes in mergers and acquisitions (M&A). With extensive experience in M&A processes, he has supported a wide range of companies in both sales and acquisition processes, and has executed numerous complex transactions across various sectors. He is known for his solution-oriented and practical approach, focusing on finding tailored solutions that deliver the best possible value for clients.

Morten holds a degree in Economics from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and has also studied at the National University of Singapore. He has a military background, with education from the Royal Norwegian Naval Academy and a ten-year career in operational and leadership positions. His experience includes advising and training police forces in Afghanistan, as well as several strategic and operational roles in the Armed Forces. This background has provided him with valuable insights into leadership and complex organisations.

Morten has an in-depth understanding of the transaction market and assists companies in identifying and realising value creation opportunities through M&A. He combines strategic thinking with a pragmatic and hands-on approach, making him a valuable advisor for your business.
