Synnøve Rønningen Edel

Synnøve Rønningen Edel is Head of Services for Organisational Development and Leadership at BDO.

Synnøve holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics. Since 2011, she has worked on a wide range of challenges and development projects related to organisation, competence, and leadership in large Norwegian enterprises. She has broad operational experience in strategic HR, with a particular focus on people and organisational development. Synnøve previously worked as a Learning & Development Partner at Telenor and as Head of Learning & Development within BDO’s HR department.
