Trine Agathe Lorentzen

Trine Agathe Lorentzen joined BDO in 2019 after 4 years at the Norwegian Tax Administration and 14 years at PwC Law Firm. Trine will help build BDO's legal practice in Østfold/Follo and works closely with the auditors and accountants in the district. She also collaborates closely with the national team at BDO Lawyers.

Trine is a specialist in tax law, corporate law, and tax administration, and she works extensively with reorganisations, equity transactions, demergers, mergers, inheritance, and generational transitions. Tax regulations are constantly changing and are an important framework condition for businesses in Norway. Trine is passionate about sharing news, analyses, and reflections in a simple and understandable way. She has co-authored the book Skattefri omdannelse av næringsvirksomhet ('Tax-Free Transformation of Business Activities') with Hanne Fritzsønn and has contributed to several articles in 'Revisjon og Regnskap'
