Trude Gran Johansen

Trude Gran Johansen is a lawyer and is affiliated with the specialist group for insolvency and restructuring.

Trude has broad experience in business law advisory, with a main focus on restructuring, bankruptcy and debt negotiations. She also has extensive experience in securing creditor interests, board liability and issues related to security rights. Trude has been a court-appointed trustee for Oslo District Court since 2020.

Trude has been a network leader for insolvency law at JUC and is co-author of the book “Konkursrett i et nøtteskall” (Bankruptcy Law in a Nutshell).
