Acquisition of 34 % of the shares in Den Magiske Fabrikken by Lindum

 

BDO has provided buy-side financial due diligence in relation to Lindum's acquisition of 34 % of the shares in Den Magiske Fabrikken. 

Den Magiske Fabrikken is a producer of biogas from organic waste that is provided by households and industries surrounding the Oslo fjord. Lindum has first-hand knowledge of the business as they have operated the production facility since 2015. 

The operating agreement expires at the end of 2022 and Lindum was invited to become a part-owner of Den Magiske Fabrikken by Greve Biogass.
