Acquisition of BI Builders by TimeXtender (Monterro Software Investment)

BDO has provided buy-side financial due diligence in relation to TimeXtender's acquisition of BI Builders.

BI Builders will be joining TimeXtender (a Monterro Software Investment portfoilio company), allowing the new collaboration to support customers and users with a more comprehensive data automation solution, while also strengthening its position as a global market leader within the data management and data warehouse automation market.
