Acquisition of Fagflis Gruppen by Neuman Bygg

 

BDO has provided vendor assistance services in relation to the sale of Fagflis Gruppen to Neuman bygg.

Fagflis Gruppen is a provider of bathroom tiles and building materials. The group consists of 12 stores in addition to 13 franchise stores in Norway. Moreover, they have three stores in Sweden. In 2021, group revenue was approximately NOKm 750.

The acquisition enables Neumann Bygg, which is part of the Stark Group to strengthen their position in Norway and Sweden.
