BDO has provided sell-side financial due diligence in relation to Air Liquide's sale of FordonsGas' gas stations to OG Clean Fuels.
Air Liquide is a world leader in gases, technologies and services for industrial and health sectors. The Group is present in 75 countries with approximately 66 400 employees and serves more than 3.8 million customers and patients.
FordonsGas distributes biogas to various segments within transport and industry. OG Clean Fuels has acquired 5 liquid biogas stations and 36 compressed biogas stations, all of which are located in Sweden.
