Acquisition of Grade by Viking Venture

 

BDO has provided buy-side financial due diligence in relation to Viking Venture's acquisition of Grade.

Viking Venture invests in fast-growing Nordic software companies with scale-up potential. Their community of portfolio companies offers an environment for exchanging knowledge, ideas and experiences. 

The acquisition of Grade is related to the founding of HR Friends, a HR software company which will offer solutions for recruitment, onboarding and talent management. HR Friends is formed through the acquisition of Swedish HR software companies, Workbuster and Grade.
