Sdiptech is a technology group that primarily focuses on infrastructure. The Group's strategy involves acquiring and developing companies that contribute to create more sustainable, efficient and safer societies.
The acquisition of HeatWork will strengthen Sdiptech's investment portfolio. HeatWork has annual sales of more than NOKm 120 and is present in Norway, Sweden and Finland.
