Acquisition of iSKY AS by Nordlo Group AB

BDO has provided buy-side financial due diligence in relation to Nordlo Group's acquisition of iSKY AS. 

Nordlo is a Nordic Group consisting of 46 offices  in Norway and Sweden. The group specialices in helping companies improve their IT-environment through scalable IT-solutions for both business- and employee-purposes. 

The acquisition strenghtens Nordlos's position in the eastern part of Norway
