Acquisition of Nordisk Togteknikk AS by Railpool Gmbh

BDO has provided buy-side financial due diligence in relation to Railpool Gmbh's acquisition of Nordisk Togteknikk AS.

Railpool is one of the leading European railway vehicle leasing companies offering real expertise for full service from a single source. The company was founded in Munich in 2008 and now operates in 17 European countries.

With the acquisition, RAILPOOL expands its own workshop capacities to a total of six ECM certified workshop locations in Germany, Norway and Sweden.
