Acquisition of Salmonor by NTS

 

BDO has provided sell-side financial due diligence in relation to the sale of Salmonor to NTS.

Salmonor is a Norwegian salmon farming company. Production of smolt and distrubution and sales of fish are handled by Salmonor's subsidiaries. Thus, their business is supported by an integrated value chain.

The merger with NTS will bring significant synergies as total annual production volume is expected to reach 40 000.
