BDO has provided buy-side financial due diligence in relation to Bertel O. Steen Kapital's acquisition of a minority stake in Ardoq.

Bertel O. Steen Kapital is part of the Bertel O. Steen group, owned by the Steen family for 120 years. They invest in unlisted Norwegian growth companies with a potential for international expansion, working closely with founders and partner investors to accelerate profitable growth.

The investment in Ardoq is one of the first investments made by BOS Kapital.
