Acquisition of the Tellus Group by Credo Partners

 

BDO has provided buy-side financial due diligence in relation to Credo Partners' acquisition of the Tellus Group.

Credo Partners is an investment company that focuses on scaling up mature, mid-sized companies. They invest in companies alongside individuals and istitutional investors, primarily in industries such as aquaculture, consumer goods, business services, IT services and welfare.

The Tellus Group is the largest supplier and service provider for caravans in the Nordics. Credo Partners will contribute to achieve economies of scale while ensuring quality and sustainability.
