Acquistition of Øvre Romerike Prosjektering by Norconsult

 

Advisor to the seller in Norconsult's acquisition of Øvre Romerike Prosjektering. 

Øvre Romerike Prosjektering AS, a Norway-based consultancy firm providing services in the areas of area planning, landscaping, road, water and sewage, geotechnics, surveying, and real estate. ØRP will be integrated into Norconsult from October 1, 2019, and all employees will continue in their positions at Storgata 11 in Jessheim. With the integration of ØRP, Norconsult will have around 40 employees in Jessheim. Like Norconsult, ØRP is employee-owned.
