BDO has provided vendor assistance services in relation to the debt financing of Eik Servering.
Eik Servering owns and operates several restaurants and restaurant chains in the eastern part of Norway. The group has established a strong position by acquiring restaurants with a proven track record and successfully realising synergies through economies of scale.
The bond issue will enable Eik to finance further acquisitions to strengthen their position as a leading operator of restaurants in Norway.
