Initial public offering of Skandia Greenpower on Euronext Growth, Oslo

 

BDO has provided financial due diligence in relation to Skandia Greenpower's listing on Euronext Growth.

Skandia GreenPower is a nationwide supplier of green electricity at competitive prices that mainly delivers electricity in the private retail market. The Group wants to accelerate use of renewable energy sources through profitable energy management and optimisation, using digital solutions that enable smarter consumption and production as well as lower cost and CO2-footprint.

The IPO date was 22 February 2021.
