Restructuring of the Varme og Bad chain

BDO acted as financial advisor to the Management of the Varme og Bad chain in the restructuring process.

Varme og Bad has transitioned from a chain of plumbing companies into a group following the acquisition of 47 member companies. BDO has provided financial advisory and buy-side financial due diligence services in relation to the acquisitions.

The shares of the member companies were acquired using a combination of cash and shares in the newly established group, making VB Group the first Norwegian plumbing group owned by plumbers.
