Sale of Laastad & Co to Kverneland Bil

BDO Corporate Finance acted as lead advisor to the owners of Laastad & Co in the sale to Kverneland Bil.

Laastad & Co is a dealer for Volvo, Mazda, and MG in Haugesund and Sunnhordland. This family-run company has been in the car dealership business for 78 years and will seamlessly integrate into the family-owned Kverneland Bil, which has 102 years of experience in the industry. In 2022, Laastad & Co had a turnover of 454 million NOK.
