Sale of Norstamp AS to Arne B. Corneliussen (Orkla food ingredients)

BDO Corporate Finance acted as lead advisor to the owners of Norstamp in the sale to Arne B. Corneliussen (a subsidiary of Orkla Food Ingredients, "OFI").

Norstamp Label & Packaging is a well-established supplier of labels and packaging. The company had a turnover of over 40 million Norwegian Kroner in 2022, employs eight people, and is located in Stokke, Vestfold.

In addition to its own digital production of labels, the company has its own design department and offers a wide range of packaging solutions. Norstamp will strengthen ABC's product range and technical expertise in labels and packaging while creating synergies in combination with other OFI companies.
