Our delivery to startups and growth companies follows a cost-effective and scalable framework.
This framework supports the business through every stage of its development. The framework, Continuous Financial Management, is used to realise, evaluate and adjust the company’s business strategy. The methodology is modular and adapted to the industry.
It starts with accounting services and can be expanded as needed. The company can build its own finance function within BDO.
This may include accounting, payroll, HR services, or a part-time or full-time CFO. The services are tailored to the industry and seamlessly integrate both stakeholder reporting and internal management information.
This allows key personnel to focus on their core business.
BDO is an active partner in several accelerator programmes and cluster projects. We help strengthen the ecosystem for startups and scaleups. This involvement also gives us valuable insight into the industry.
