Morten Bogaard, partner at BDO Deal Advisory, has followed Multi Marine throughout the entire sales process.
The acquisition, announced on 9 April 2025, was carried out with the assistance of BDO’s interdisciplinary team, consisting of experts from BDO Deal Advisory and BDO’s lawfirm, BDO Advokater.
Multi Marine AS, a leading service provider based in Averøy, has established itself as a strong player in the industry with specialized expertise in industrial cleaning and surface treatment. The company - which reported adjusted revenues of NOK 226 million in 2024 - will now become part of Northern Europe’s largest group in its field.

The acquisition is expected to be completed during the summer of 2025, once all necessary conditions and regulatory approvals are in place.
