Hanne Fritzsønn

Hanne Fritzsønn is a lawyer at BDO Advokater and is based at our Oslo office. Hanne joined BDO in 2016 as Head of Legal Services after several years as a lawyer and partner in EY’s transaction tax department. Prior to that, she worked at PwC and Kluge Law Firm.

Hanne is a specialist in tax and corporate structuring and transactions, including demergers and mergers, acquisition financing, interest deduction limitations, and other related tax and corporate advisory services. She also works with tax matters related to cross-border transactions, such as transfer pricing, permanent establishment issues, and withholding taxes.

In addition to regularly delivering presentations and training sessions for clients and colleagues, Hanne is also a contributor to the BDO blog.
