Jonas Barlien

Jonas is associated with our areas of expertise in corporate law, foundations, M&A, and general contract law.

He has extensive experience with reorganizations (such as demergers, mergers, tax transformations, etc.), equity transactions, shareholder agreements, and general corporate law.

Jonas also assists with various transactions/M&A, including the purchase and sale of shares, business transfers, and other forms of asset purchases and sales.

He has experience across a wide range of industries.

Jonas further works with issues related to the establishment, changes, and dissolution of foundations, as well as other questions related to this organizational form.
