Knut Haugen

Knut Haugen is based at our Harstad office, where he leads BDO’s audit operations in Northern Norway.

Knut is a Chartered Public Accountant educated at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH). He has many years of experience in auditing and advising large Norwegian enterprises, with a particular focus on the power and energy sector.

Knut has a long tenure at BDO and has worked with audit and advisory services across a wide range of industries, including restructuring advisory. He has contributed to BDO’s industry initiatives within the renewable energy segment. Knut has served as a quality reviewer and member of BDO’s internal quality control committee. He is also a certified quality controller for the Norwegian Institute of Public Accountants and currently sits on the board of BDO.
