Marianne Rygvold Karlsen

Marianne Rygvold Karlsen is a partner and service leader for Business Services in the Northern and Central Norway Region at our office in Trondheim. She graduated from NTNU with a master’s degree in Industrial Economics and Technology Management, and has extensive experience as a business consultant in various companies.

Marianne has over 20 years of experience in developing and managing businesses at the intersection of technology, business and people – both as a consultant and, for the past 12 years, as a leader. She has long-standing experience in building organisations and bringing people together. Marianne mainly works within the areas of strategy and business development, digital transformation and technology. She supports clients with, among other things, the development and operationalisation of strategy, designing and leading change journeys in organisations, and the implementation and management of digital development initiatives.

Marianne is passionate about a holistic perspective on what a business needs in terms of support within finance functions, digitalisation and business support. As regional leader for the Business Services area, one of her most important tasks is to facilitate forward-looking client deliveries of high quality – whether operational, administrative or strategic support – provided by our skilled advisors and accountants.
