Marte is an Audit Engagement Lead at BDO, committed to creating long-term value for businesses and their owners through insightful audit and advisory services. She combines strong technical expertise with strategic understanding and a proactive approach, making her a trusted advisor to executive teams and boards.

She has particular experience with group audits and complex corporate structures, and has worked closely with boards and leadership in both publicly listed and family-owned companies. Marte holds a Master of Science in Business (Siviløkonom), a Master’s degree in Auditing and Accounting, and is a State Authorized Public Accountant. Her previous leadership roles in finance and group control provide her with unique insight into the opportunities and challenges companies face.
