Simen Husby

Simen Husby has over 15 years of experience in management consulting, with specialist expertise in strategy, business development and organisational development. Simen is passionate about helping organisations achieve their goals, and is particularly focused on change management and the factors that contribute to lasting success in transformation processes.

Simen holds a master’s degree in sociology and social sciences from NTNU, with a specialisation in change theory and organisational development. He has also completed further education at BI and Harvard Business School, focusing on development-oriented leadership and strategic leadership. His broad experience spans both the private business sector and the public sector, and he has supported organisations across a range of industries in creating value through innovation, strategy development and efficiency improvements.

In addition to practical experience, Simen holds a number of certifications and has completed courses in strategy methods, innovation methodology, executive team development, team development, HR, project management and LEAN. He is known for his ability to be an inspiring sparring partner and a strategic advisor who helps build resilient and future-oriented organisations.
