Heidi Cathrine Lørstad

Heidi Cathrine Lørstad primarily works with tax and corporate law. She joined BDO in 2017 after having worked for 8.5 years at KPMG Law Advokatfirma and 4 years at the Norwegian Tax Administration. In addition, she holds a Master of Laws in International Tax Law from Leiden University.

Heidi works with clients across most industry sectors and handles all types of matters related to national and international corporate taxation, including adjacent areas of corporate and accounting law. This includes equity transactions, cross-border transactions, permanent establishment assessments, withholding tax, tax treaties, due diligence processes, reorganisations, and interest deduction limitation rules. Heidi has also assisted clients in legal proceedings and has litigated tax cases before the courts.
