How to set up the integration between Visma eAccounting and BDO’s data warehouse. You only need to do these steps once.
To establish integration between Visma eAccounting and BDO’s data warehouse, BDO requires a valid login to Visma eAccounting. This may for instance be an already existing auditor user.
"Visma Integration (API)" does NOT need to be activated for BDO’s reporting, however if this is required for other integrations it could still be activated.
The login details for the auditor user must be sent to the audit team with secure file transfer, who will complete the remaining steps to open the integration between Visma eAccounting and BDO’s data warehouse. This grants BDO access to collect the data needed for the audit process. The auditor establishes the integration with the following permissions in our portal:
