Acquisition of 50 % of shares in Aneo by HitecVision

 

BDO has provided sell-side financial due diligence in relation to TrønderEnergi's sale of 50 % of the shares in Aneo to HitecVision.

TrønderEnergi and HitecVision will have shared ownership of a newly established renewable energy company called Aneo.

TrønderEnergi will retain 81 % of their Hydropower business and all operations related to electrical grid. All other operations will be transferred to the new company.
