Acquisition of 5 targets to establish a new investment platform by Credo Partners

 

BDO has provided buy-side financial due diligence of 5 target companies related to establishment of a new investment platform for Credo Partners within the commercial interior construction space. 

Credo Partners partnered with the existing owners of the 5 target companies to established a new leading player within installation and production of interior partitioning systems and ceiling solutions, with the aim of creating a new national champion. 

Combined revenue will over NOK 500 million and the group will look for more add-on acquisitions.
