BDO has provided buy-side financial due diligence in relation to Nordic Waterproofing's acquisition of Byggpartner.

Nordic Waterproofing is one of the leading providers in the waterproofing market in Northern Europe. The Group develops, manufactures and distributes a full range of products and solutions for the protection of buildings and infrastructure.

Byggpartner has 56 employees and annual revenue of NOKm 180. Thus, the acquisition will strengthen Nordic Waterproofing's position in the Norwegian market.
