Acquisition of shares in Dagens AS by Investinor

 

BDO has provided buy-side financial due diligence in relation to Investinor's acquisition of 20 % of the shares in Dagens AS.

Investinor is an investment company owned by the Norwegian government. Thus, their investments are primarily directed towards companies that contribute to value adding activities in Norway.

The investment is in aligned with Investinor's investment policy as Dagens AS has ambitions to streamline the food industry with a digital infrastructure that enables direct purchase and sale of raw materials between the farmer and restaurants.
