Accent Equity-backed Oral Care Nordic makes its first acquisition in Norway as they acquire Tannlegesenteret, a dental center, located in Oslo with 13 treatment rooms and 3 operating rooms. S. Kullgren, acquisition and clinic manager at Oral Care states that the company looks to expand with additional clinics. Tannlegesenteret reported revenues of NOK 38.9m with EBITDA of NOK 11.7m in 2018.
Oral Care is one of Sweden's largest private care providers within dentistry, and offers general dental care at clinics for all ages and mobile dentistry for elderly care patients. The company is active in eight county councils in Central and Southern Sweden, and has a growing network of clinics for general dental care. The transaction marked the first geographical expeansion into Norway, and allows facilitates future growth opportunities.
