Merger between Linja AS and Mørenett AS

 

BDO has provided financial due diligence in relation to the merger between Linja and Mørenett.

Linja and Mørenett are both operators of the electrical grid in Western parts of Norway. The two companies have approximately 100 000 customers combined across 18 municipalities ranging from the Askvoll region in the south to the Ålesund region in the North.

Following the merger, the company will retain the Linja name. Furthermore, the company will have three owners, Tafjord Kraft (33.8 %), SFE (33.3 %) and Tussa Kraft (32.9 %).
