Acquisition of A-Lab AS by Multiconsult ASA

BDO has provided buy-side financial due diligence in relation to Multiconsult ASA's acquisition of A-Lab AS.

Multiconsult is a Norwegian leading entrepreneur- and architect company. The company has approximately 3 500 employees divided into different segments such as property, infrastructure, energy, and environment.

The acquisition will benefit Multiconsult through realisation of synergies between LINK Arkitektur and A-Lab, making Multiconsult a market leader within integrated advisory- and architecture services in Norway.
