BDO acted as lead advisor to the owners in the sale of Servicepartner 1 to Norvestor backed 4Service.

Servicepartner 1 is a facility management (“FM”) service provider headquartered in Kristiansand with satellite offices in Arendal and Skien. SP1 offers Cleaning, Canteen, Temporary, Laundry and Janitorial (“Operation & maintenance“, “O&M”) services to the B2B market in southern Norway.

4Service Gruppen was chosen as the buyer after thorough assessment, and Servicepartner 1 is now part of a national, ambitious and forward-looking company with cutting-edge expertise in all areas. Servicepartner 1's organization continues as before and will be included as a separate department in Eir Renhold.
